As some of you will know, Jellypark has adopted Little Havens children's hospice as our charity for 2012 and this blog hop is to celebrate our new range of three exclusive digi stamps that we have released just to raise funds for this amazing charity.

We have a real treat in store for you all, just hop, hop, hop your way around all these fabulous blogs to see some really AMAZING cards from the Jellypark Design Team plus some lovely special guests too!

You might find the odd bit of blog candy waiting for you here and there plus we have a special competition too with a lovely prize!

Every order on the website this weekend that includes any of our charity digital stamps will have their name put into a draw to win the chance to win this beautiful set of Jellypark greeting cards!

Competition runs from 8am (GMT) Friday 2nd March 2012 to Sunday 8pm (GMT) 4th March 2012. Buying one or more of the Little Havens charity stamps will give you one entry into the competition. The winner will be drawn at 8pm and the name posted up here on the blog. Entry open to all our worldwide customers. Claire will contact the winner by email and arrange to send the prize to you - good luck!

On to our new challenge and as it is Oscars Night this weekend we want to celebrate our favourite films - so what's yours?! Do you love a soppy old romantic film or a daft comedy to make you laugh? Or do you prefer an all action blockbuster or a scary zombie flick?!!! To enter our challenge just use one of your fave movies as the theme for your papercraft project in recognition of the Academy Awards!

The Jellypark Design Team have been getting in the mood with their designs, we have been dreaming of red carpets, posh frocks and all those films we love. So can you guess which film they chose to depict? I'm not telling!! You'll just have to go along to their blogs if you can't guess - click on their names to go visiting!!

If you are not sure about our entry rules just check over in the right hand column but basically just remember that you may enter our challenge twice each playing period, just to keep it fair to everyone. If you use a Jellypark image, you get an additional entry into the drawing for Top 3 :)

Well our lovely Jennifer got some really rotten news from her doctors this week so she is taking a break from her Jellypark duties just for a little while - please pop over to her blog and leave her a message if you get a chance.

Since Valentine's Day is quickly approaching, our new challenge is all about the 'Shades of Love.' We want to see reds, pinks, and/or purples on your papercraft projects. Mark your calendars for the weekend of March 2, 3, & 4 because it is going to be BIG BIG BIG fun at Jellypark! Some of our former DT and Guest members will be returning to join us in a first ever Little Havens Charity Fundraiser Blog Hop! Some stops will have blog candy, but EVERY stop will bring you papercraft inspiration using some of Claire's adorable fundraiser images, designed especially for Little Havens Hospice Center. Even the Jellypark Juniors are playing along! :)

Little Havens is the 2012 chairy recipient for Jellypark. All proceeds from the sale of select digi images will go toward helping making life a bit more comfortable for the children who call Little Havens home.

Claire has also set up a special page at justgiving.com for donations.

Our new childrens' challenge blog, Jellypark Juniors, has kicked off it's premiere challenge! Be sure to pop over and take a looksie! Anyone 16 years of age and younger is more than welcome to play along! You should see the prize for the winner this time..... just saying'! ;)

Now on to the new challenge..... "Something in my Pocket." we are asking you to create a papercraft project that incorporates a pocket somewhere on it. I don't know about you, but in the winter especially, I am always tucking things in my pockets - gloves, hats, scarves, tissues, change, keys, you name it. so let's put a pocket on it!
Remember that you may enter our challenge twice each playing period, just to keep it fair to everyone. Also, be sure to show us where your pocket is located, in case it isn't obvious at first glance. Keep it family friendly, too, and have fun! :) If you use a Jellypark image, you get an additional entry into the drawing for Top 3!

I love working along side other talented people to share ideas, tips/tricks, and of course friendship and laughter. I love to create all types of projects from cards/layouts to altered projects. I have quite a bit of DT experience and love creating projects using a variety products and like being challenged to think outside the box.
I am a very busy mother of 2 boys- Micah 15 yo and Lucas 7 yo, I live in Excelsior Springs, MO just north of Kansas City with my hubby of 14 years. We are a very baseball family- we live, breathe, eat, and sleep baseball!!! When you don't find we at ball fields you will find we playing in my scrap area. I love working with sketches in both my cards and layouts, digis are my most fave thing to work with and I have lots of experience. I love to create all types of things from cards to scrapbook pages to altered items!

I am married (38 yrs) with three children. I teach preschoolers with Special Needs. I love what I do! I feel blessed every day!
I love to work with all different mediums but Copics on paper seem to be my favorite. I love to do altered projects too ad think nothing of taking "trash" and recycling it into something useful or beautiful! ( I have taken the covers off of "take out food containers" and repurposed them into "angels" for Christmas trees. No kidding! (see my attached pic..). I am on several design teams at the moment and I am loving every one of them! Digital images are my favorite images to work with as you can change the size, flip them, crop, etc. It is so much fun to combine different images together on the same card!

My name is Stacie, and my crafty-world name is Hestia's Helper.Hestia is the Greek Goddess of Hearth and Home, and I'm her helper.Up until about a month ago, I was a Domestic Goddess (aka Stay-at-home-mom) with two boys, ages 9 & 10 and a hubby of almost 12 years!
My best friend is my Bunn Coffee maker: I can brew a pot in less than 3 minutes!
In October we moved from North Carolina to PA, and I have recently started a new job.

Hi I am Suzie a mother of 2 boys (5 & 2 Yr's) and wife of nearly 11 years to Kevin. We live in the UK.
I love to make cards especially with digital images as I find them so diverse. I love how I can resize and layer them up with other images or digi papers making them perfect whatever the project.
My card making style is varied and I love to change it up, creating cards from CAS to shabby chic, cute to classically elegant.

Hello! My name is Jennifer S. and THEY say I am a coffee addict...... I don't think so, but I do love coffee and pink and buttons and shabby/vintage and lace and trims and paper (especially Basic Grey!) and my family and my dogs and papercrafting! :) but really, I have been playing at this hobby/obsession for about 10 years now and loving every minute of it. I repurpose all kinds of things, so don't be surprised if you find a belt loop from one of my son's shorts or perhaps a button from my hubby's shirt or a tea tag from my morning cuppa somewhere on my creation! it's all about the fun and whimsy!

Jen Leeflang (aka JenLee)
Durban, South Africa based Jen Leeflang finally ignored the advice of a school's career counselor who 'wisely' told her there was "no career in art". Years later, her artistic and creative skills have resulted in a business which keeps her extremely busy and feeds her artistic soul!
From papercrafts, painting, designing digistamps and drawing to needlecrafts where she designs, makes and beads belly dance show costumes.
In the mornings she is a home school tutor to four teenagers, including her own two younger sons, and in the afternoons she ‘plays’ in her craft studio. In between she finds the time to be a wife and mother. Jen has been married to Pete for nearly 23 years, and they have 3 sons, Nicholas, Blayne and Kellan.

I'm 40 years old, been crafting for about 10 years now. I started with cards and have blossomed into creating lots of other stuff including ATC's, tags, art journals, altered items - and I love Mixed Media. I love using Gesso, paints, Smooch Spritzes and sprays, etc. Glitter is my best friend. I love ribbons, gems, buttons, and brads.... I also use digi images way more than rubber now, although I still can't part with most of my rubber! I'm married to a wonderful guy named Jeremy and we have 2 kids. Trevor is 18 and in his first year of college. Cassidy is 16 and a junior in high school. We live in Worcester, MA but we plan to relocate to California or Arizona within the next 5 years. I have a part-time job at the local community college, I have perfect hours that don't get in the way of my crafting. LOL My other hobbies/interests are reading (Stephen King), writing (mostly personal stuff), and hanging out with my family.

I am a stay at home mom to two cute boys under the age of six. They definitely keep me on my toes but I feel very blessed to have them in my life. One of the reasons why I love paper crafting so much is because I am overloaded with trucks and dinosaurs and most recently, trains...and I love to escape that by being lost in my crafting. It is very relaxing and I love being able to use the talents that God has given me in this way. Fortunately for me, I have a wonderful husband who supports me in this craft and encourages me to create as often as I can, even purchasing new crafty things for me from time to time. I craft all year round, but I especially love crafting the blues away in snowy Canadian weather.

My name is Lisa and I live in Leicestershire, England with my hubby and furbaby. I am primarily a card maker and love being surrounded by pretty papers, pretty stamps and colouring mediums. If you weren't chosen for THIS term, I do hope you will consider submitting an app for a future call-out. My name is Jenn Zeeb, I recently celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary May 25 with 4 kids from 7 (first grade) to 19 (just finished her 1st year in college). I am the PTA president at my youngest son's school and was just laid off from my job at a coffee shop (boy do I miss my FREE coffees).

I have been playing with paper for as long as I can remember. I started selling for Stampin Up, but stopped because I found out I liked buying and playing a lot more than selling. Then I started scrapbooking and found out I have a paper hording problem. My husband calls it "kindling" and think I might have to get help one day. I have met great people both scrapbooking and card making, so I wouldn't have it any other way.

Lastly, our new challenge is one that celebrates all things for which we 'Give Thanks.' You can make a Thanksgiving project, a thank you card, or any papercrafting project that recognizes something for which you are thankful. Please remember the few rules we have. there aren't many, but we do ask you to abide by them. You may use any images of your choice, but a Jellypark image gets you an extra entry into the contest for a free digital image from the store! Please limit your entries to 2 per challenge period just to make it fair to everyone. and remember that we are a family friendly challenge blog. :)

I'm going to jump right into this, because I don't want you to have to wait even one second longer than you have to in order to see this beauty created by our newest Guest Designer here at Jellypark Friends, Linda McClain. You can see more of her amazing papercraft projects on her blog, Catered Crop. Be sure to stop by and give her a big Jellypark welcome! :)

The movie producer Cecil B. DeMille once said "Creativity is a drug I cannot live without." Being a nurse who stamps, wouldn't you know I'd love a quote about both drugs and creativity? Yep, you guessed it . . . paper crafting is my Prozac. It keeps me sane and happy. So it's an extra bonus when people actually like what I make and spend their precious time hanging out with me at Catered Crop.

The details of me and my gang are blissfully boring. Mr. Catered Crop and I grew up in Indiana and have lived in Texas now for over 25 years with our two adult children and our dogs, Mailey Dog and Pillow Pup. My day job as a nursing home investigator keeps me away from my crafting more than I'd like, but it also gives me the opportunity to meet and help amazing people across Central Texas.

I'm crazy excited to be a guest at the new Jellypark Challenge blog. I've been a huge fan of Claire Keay since I first found her stamps at My Favorite Things. And, now! Oh my! We get to buy her images on-line, have them in our laptops in minutes, and get great ideas from her fabulous design team. Oh, dear, my head is spinning. I hope you're as excited as I am and I'm looking forward to playing with you all again soon.

You know you love them..... it's time for those amazing new Jellypark releases by Claire!

but before I get to those cutie fun digis, I have to right a wrong on my part. a few weeks ago, Sara Moreno became a part of the DT, going from a guest to a permanent member. I neglected to post her adorable piccy and bio! shame on me! so you are going to get the full introduction now since I failed to do so last time....

so let me introduce you to Sara! you can find more of her fabby creations on her blog, Luminous in My Chaotic Dreams.

I'm a SAHM of 4-20,17,15,12. The 3 oldest are girls, and then we finally had a boy. We live kinda in the country with 5 dogs, 2 cats, 5 fish, 1 turtle, 2 tortoises, and 1 snake-ewww! I've been married to my best friend in the world for 21 yrs. We do have a hectic life, but love it! I've been stamping for about 13 yrs, and when I discovered digis-I was in heaven! I'm so happy to be here at Jellypark, so thank you for having me!

World Card Making Day 2011!

isn't this exciting!?!?! today is World Card Making Day!!!! all around the world, crafters are sitting down at their tables, desks, wherever they create and are busy, busy, busy!!! Thousands of cards are going to be made this weekend! we are joining together in this wonderful hobby to help spread joy and happiness EVERYWHERE!!!! okay, I'm really really excited about this day! ;)

Jellypark Friends First Challenge!

Welcome to our very first Jellypark Friends Friday challenge! We are soooooooooo happy you have joined us for the fun & creativity!

To see Claire's new releases, please go to the previous post. Lots of cuties! :)

A few quick guidelines about our challenges here at Jellypark Friends:

1. Challenges are bi-weekly, beginning on Friday and ending on Thursday at 2pm EST. that gives you just a few hours short of 2 full weeks to complete your project. any kind of papercrafting project is great, but please do include some kind of stamping and incorporate the challenge. also, let's keep everything family friendly! :) winners will be announced with the new challenge.
2. Link to your individual post and not your entire blog. also, please please turn off word verification. as someone who has a few neurological problems, those things drive my poor head so wonky, plus slow down the DT from making comments on your fabby creations. also, please link to & mention the JFFC in your post.
3. you are NOT required to use a Jellypark image, but if you choose to, you get an extra entry into the contest.

A Little Teaser & A Contest

Hello to our Jellypark Friends!

We don't want you to get too lonely over here waiting for the challenges to kick off on Friday, July 15. So the Design Team and I have a few cards to inspire you as well as a little contest to keep you on your toesies!

First the cards:

This beauty was made by Lisa, using some scraps from her stash. isn't it gorgeous? love those bright colors!

Next up is a creation by Mel that gave me a big case of the giggles! how creative is THIS?! I love it!

Ahoy there with our favorite little pirate fella, courtesy of Ruth. isn't he just the cutest little guy? I really love the way he sits in his 'pirate ship'. just like the ones my boys used to make!

and finally here is a card made by me, Jennifer, using the freebie currently being offered by Claire in her store. The clouds & grass were cut with dies from My Favorite Things, where Claire has another stamp set debuting this week! isn't that exciting?!

Hip Hip Hooray! The big day has finally arrived! toss your confetti in the air and blow those noisemakers! The new Jellypark store is open for business! The new Design Team is here to amaze! :)

For starters, head over to the store for a nice long looksie. Make sure you have a cuppa, filled to the brim with your fave beverage, 'cause you are in for a treat! be prepared to have a smile pasted to your face as you browse each and every page of cuteness! let me tell you - I want it ALL!!! someday, I will own a Claire original to hang upon my walls, and then I will know I can officially drink my tea with pinkie finger extended because I will have MADE IT!!!! :)

Now for the big news here at the challenge blog - our Design Team announcement!

I am tickled pink to announce the new team to you! boy oh boy, it was tough to pick a handful from the many talented crafters who submitted applications. thank you so much to everyone who found the courage to send your apps to us. We so appreciate you! Let us get on to the introductions!

Claire Keay (artist & owner!) - Jellypark Art

Jellypark is not really named after anything in particular, I wanted a name that would make you think of childhood fun and jelly and parks used to come pretty high on my list of good times when I was a nipper!
I have an Arsenal season ticket. Arsenal runs through the family DNA and my first memories are about Arsenal, I plan my winter diary around the fixture list and I can bore you to death with my top ten best Arsenal goals, top ten Arsenal players, top ten Arsenal...ah well, you get the idea.

I'm from sunny Arizona. I work in special education at an elementary school. I have three lovely adult children and a wonderful husband of 35 years. I got into making cards about a year and a half ago. I started with stamping, but very quickly fell in love with coloring digital images. I'm learning a little more every day. It would be an understatement to say it has become my passion.

I love digital crafting - it takes up less space and I don't have to dust it (housework is evil!) I've always messed around with bits of paper, glue and empty boxes so its a natural progression to move into papercrafting. I enjoy crafting with a sense of humour and the quirkiness of hand drawn images. My two boys are my biggest fans and critics and I have to be careful of using too much pink but anything male related is good!

The Design Team application deadline is quickly approaching. Have you emailed yours yet? You certainly don't want Monday to get here and you sit drinking your coffee thinking, 'gosh, why didn't I send my info? I could have had so much fun with all of those great people! all it would have taken was less than 5 minutes to do!'

Just wanted to post a little update for you regarding the Design Team applications. If you have sent your applications to Jennifer this past week, please know that she was without a computer and is just getting to her emails. You should have a response from her by this evening, Sunday, if she has received your application.

Jellypark Challenges Design Team Call! :)

Jellypark is the creation of artist Claire Keay. You have seen her stamps sold at My Favorite Things and her digital images at both her Etsy shop and at her online store. Now Claire is venturing into a new area - a Design Team with a fun challenge blog where YOU can post your fabulous papercrafting projects showcasing YOUR creativity in a relaxed atmosphere!

Jellypark Challenges is looking for several people familiar with digital stamping to be part of this fun new venture.

Term:
*July - Sept. 2011

Requirements:
*Create a project every other week
*Post the project on your blog and any other online galleries to which you might belong
*Post the AMAZING DT/store badge on your blog :)
*Post other DT member names & blog links on your blog
*Belong to & participate in a DT Yahoo group
*Comment on challenge participant entries

Benefits:
*Choice of new release digital image for each project deadline
*25% discount in store for DT term
*Picture & bio on DT page of challenge blog
*Blog link on Challenge blog
*Membership in a group of FUN, enthusiastic peeps! :)
*Projects featured on Challenge blog every other week

Requirements for Application:

Any DT experience (although not required)
