Before we get on to the winners of last week and our new challenge, I just wanted to share with you the news that as well as an illustrator I can now add Pop Star to my CV! I belong to a lovely community choir called Funky Voices and we have been asked to release a single for this year's Comic Relief's Red Nose Day (for those of you not in the UK it is a big event on the BBC that raises millions for various charities every year )
You can download it from iTunes for just 79p to help them to raise lots of money, only the band One Direction and my choir were asked to do official songs so we jumped at the chance to release our very own single.
We met up a few weeks ago in a theatre to record the song - there are 600 of us so we needed somewhere big to get us all in! We had so much fun, you can watch the 'making of' video here:
If anyone can spare a few pence we would be SO grateful if you want to download the song and then who knows, we might raise a fair amount - I might even be in the charts in a couple of weeks!
Right oh, on to the main business...
The cards you made for the last challenge were, as ever, top notch. We have some really creative people taking part in our challenges and it is wonderful to hop around your blogs to see your work - thank you to each person who entered!
Well done to you, make sure you grab the badge from the right hand column to boast a little bit! If Carol would like to choose a stamp from the store so we can send it to you as your prize - look forward to hearing from you!
On to our new challenge, Spring is in the air and Easter just round the corner so Jennifer decided to have...
Bunny Hop Challenge! let's do a bunny hop with lots of little rabbits all over your projects!
